Peter FitzPatrick
Having initially completed a degree & post graduate diploma in computer programming & website design, I moved on to pursue what I felt would be a more rewarding career as a landscape designer, studying horticulture & design under the RHS.
Since 2003, I have worked with David Shortall at Landscape Discovery Garden Design, pooling both expertise & resources, to form a successful design partnership.
Our projects range in scale from small domestic to large commercial, and everything in between. We work closely with our clients to build on their aspirations, and aim to produce an end result that surpasses them.
I am passionate about the natural & built environment, and relish drawing on inspiration from both. My focus is to create engaging spaces; using simple lines, structure & materials that aim not to compete with or distract from planting, but to underscore its role as the life blood of every outdoor space.
